Popilia Country Resort is surrounded by a stretch of nature immersed in the Serre hills, age-old oaks, luxuriant pine woods, fields and paths. In this unspoilt setting, you can go for long walks, discover the lake of aquatic birds, and observe many different animals: Tibetan goats; horses; donkeys; and rabbits. You can pick seasonal fruit and admire nature, relaxing your body and mind.
The hikes are led by an experienced naturalist and are aimed at discovering fruit trees and the ecological adaptations of the Mediterranean Forest’s species.

On request, it is possible to visit the Callipo plant to partake in the entire processing cycle. Starting with the whole tuna, you can witness the “production” of a tin or jar of Callipo Tuna first-hand.
Cooking, cleaning, packaging in a jar or can by hand are just some of the production stages, all carried out in line with quality and safety criteria.
The Callipo plant is just a few kilometres from the Resort.
